1. About Duet
Duet is a curation and discovery marketplace. We do not sell products ourselves, hold stock, take payment for goods, or ship orders. Every purchase is a contract between you and the brand you click through to.
2. For shoppers
Prices, availability, sizing, delivery, and returns are set and fulfilled by each brand and may change without notice on their site. We take reasonable care to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee they match a brand's store at any moment. Any dispute about an order is between you and that brand.
3. Affiliate relationships
We earn a commission when you buy through some outbound links, at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure for detail.
4. For brand members
- Membership is billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund part-months.
- You confirm you own or are licensed to use every image, name, and description you upload, and you grant Duet a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site and in our marketing while your membership is active.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, prices, and affiliate links.
- We may pair your women's products with men's products from other brands, and may use automated matching to do so. You can override any pairing from your dashboard.
- We may decline or remove any brand or product that we judge unsuited to the platform, refunding any unused portion of the current month.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, misrepresent your brand, upload unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to gain access to accounts that aren't yours.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Duet available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw features.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Duet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of any brand. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability to a brand member is capped at the membership fees paid in the preceding three months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
