Do I need to sell both women's and men's clothing?
Not at all. If you only sell women's clothing, our AI will automatically pair your products with complementary men's pieces from our Match Partner brands. If you sell both, you can choose the pairing yourself or let AI handle it.
How does the affiliate model work?
When a shopper clicks through to buy, they're sent to your own store via your affiliate link. You handle the sale, fulfilment, and returns. Your membership fee covers your brand presence on Duet.
What's a Men's Match Partner?
If you're a men's brand, you can apply to be a Match Partner. Your products become the default AI pairing for women's-only brands on the platform — premium placement without competing for attention.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time.
How long until my products are live?
Most brands are live within 24 hours of signing up. Upload your products, and they'll appear in search and category pages immediately. Homepage and editorial placement depends on your tier.
